One hour focused training sessions. All programs are customized to the client's goals and fitness levels. Sessions are progressive and challenging; optimum results will occur from training 2-3x/week.
Partner up and train with a friend/girlfriend/boyfriend/spouse/etc. Some exercises are done together with the trainer, some with your partner. Ideal for those who want to challenge themselves with a little friendly competition, set goals with a partner, or for those under time constraint but wish to lead a healthy and active lifestyle together with their significant other. Fun is guaranteed.
A program designed to jump start your fitness routine and get you in the shape of your dreams before the day of your dreams. Must devote 3x/week.
A program designed to prepare you for the rigors of triathlon and marathon training. Programs can be designed to for newer challenges like the Urbanathlon or other unique endurance events. If this your first triathlon/marathon, personal instruction is essential to endure the exceptional physical stress of the event. If you are a veteran, personal instruction is a great place to achieve those better times and compete a higher level.
A focused 4 week program for the most elite of athletes. At the conclusion of the program, all participants can expect to know how to perform complex exercises with maximum muscular gains and fat loss. They will know that in the quest to achieve a leaner body, they will also find a leaner mind and spirit. They will discover the warrior within.
Heard of Speed Dating? Well try Speed Training, a boot-camp style workout done with 6 or more individuals. We meet once a week for one hour. Each session is progressive and is followed with Happy Hour. The best that can happen: you meet the love of your life; the worst that can happen: you get an amazing workout.
