My Training Philosophies

As you will experience, my programs are all based on functional training principles - meaning that I train movement, not body parts. There won't be a particular "arm day" or "chest day". Instead we will do a full body routine, focusing first on strengthening core tension (abdominals, spinal stabilizers, and lower back) and then improving or addressing any injuries or postural distortions. This will set a rock-solid foundation for your body and prevent any real injuries that may occur from training. Additionally we will work on stamina and physical endurance through focused cardio. All sessions are 1-hour long; I will also include supplemental workouts, via email that you will do on your own (these will provide you with guidance to achieve your goals in 45 min.-60 min).

As you progress, you will feel a change happen from the inside. This is the most important part. My job is to help reignite that dormant flame and start an unquenchable fire of change and motivation. Once you start feeling better and moving better, you will achieve your goals in no time!

Safety and Comfort are my #1 responsibility.
